Purpose and Typical Duties
The Capital Improvement Plan is a planning document. The effective use of a CIP process provides for considerable advance project identification, planning, evaluation, scope definition, design, public discussion, cost estimating, and financial planning.
The School Capital Improvement Plan Committee is made up of the Madison County Administration team, the Madison County Public School Administration team, two Board of Supervisors, and two School Board Members.

There are no limits on the number of terms a member may serve.

2 Members of the Board of Supervisors.

Meetings are held as needed.
