Purpose and Typical Duties
Encompass Community Supports, formally known as the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, provides services to individuals of all ages with disabilities related to mental illness, mental retardation, and substance abuse. The agency also operates an array of services for senior citizens in the area from advocacy to meals programs and senior centers. The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board serves Orange, Rappahannock, Madison, Culpeper, and Fauquier Counties.
