Large-Scale, Outdoor Event Permit Application

Section 4-6 of the Madison Code of Ordinances states no person or entity may conduct a large-scale, outdoor event without first applying for and obtaining a permit for the event from the County Zoning Administrator or, in the event of an appeal pursuant to section 4-9, from the County Administrator.

Applications for an Large-Scale, Outdoor Event Permit Application are processed by the County Administrator's Office and must be submitted at least forty-five (45) days prior to the date of the proposed festival.
