The CommonHelp Website is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; to allow citizens to apply for benefits such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as Food Stamps), Medicaid (medical assistance for the financially needy), Temporary Aid for Needy Families (TANF), Child Care Assistance, and Energy Assistance (home heating and cooling assistance). You may apply online at any time.
