Madison County has a separate office dedicated to serving victims and witnesses in our County. While everyone subpoenaed is encouraged to provide prosecutors with a phone number and email address for ease of communication, it is also important for victims and witnesses to reach out to Victim Witness Services for assistance in navigating the realities of the criminal justice system as a victim and/or witness.

Please note, while the Office of Victim Witness Program Services is housed in the same building as the Commonwealth's Attorney, it is not part of the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney to protect the privacy of those who are not sure about proceeding with criminal charges.
