Civil Marriage Commissioners

This is a list of the approved Civil Marriage Commissioners that perform marriage ceremonies.  There may other person who perform marriage ceremonies, but please confirm with your celebrant that they have been duly authorized by a Virginia Circuit Court to perform marriage ceremonies.  A Virginia qualified civil celebrant performing the marriage ceremony must return the completed license to the Clerk's Office within five days of the marriage ceremony.
